Lamb Chorizo Sausage

Lamb is from our heritage breed, pasture raised Clun Forest Sheep.

It has a mild yet rich flavor and when combined with Chorizo seasoning, it makes a rich and flavorful sausage perfect for grilling or to use in soup, chili, and pasta dishes.

Sausages are 'griller" size and are sold in 1 lb. packages.
