Lamb Andouille Sausage

Lamb is from our heritage breed, pasture raised Clun Forest Sheep.

It has a mild yet rich flavor and when combined with Andouille seasoning, it makes a rich and flavorful sausage that is perfect for grilling or to use in soups and pasta dishes.

Sausages are 'griller" size and are sold in approximately 1 lb. packages.
