Sausages are 'griller" size and are sold in approximately 1 lb. packages, with 4 links per package.
Sausage Ingredients: Pork, salt, paprika, spices (including fennel & pepper) oleoresin paprika, sugar, ground mustard seed, natural flavoring (silicon dioxide to prevent caking). Stuffed in a collagen casing.
