The following are some of the wonderful does that have contributed to our
breeding program, but are no longer with our herd. We are proud to have their
genetics in our herd, and will remember with great fondness their quirky
personalities.

Blue Spruce is a conformationally correct goat with good fiber, and excellent fiber coverage.
She is a blue-eyed black goat with small white patches on her belly. She produces a light
brown/grey cashmer fiber with a fairly long staple length and good style. Spruce is an
excellent mother with a nicely attached udder.
Spruce was carrying 4 large kids, but her body could not support both them and her. An
emergency C-Section was performed, but we were unable to save either Spruce or her kids.
Luckily, her legacy lives on in her daughters Sangria and Licorice.
